Workplace Wellbeing

I offer in-person trainings and workshops across the UK, I also work online offering workshops, webinars and trainings both within the UK and across Europe.

What is Workplace Wellbeing?

A workplace wellness programme promotes mental health, reduces stress, and improves emotional wellbeing. It helps employees manage anxiety, burnout, and work-life balance, fostering a supportive environment.

This boosts morale, enhances productivity, reduces absenteeism, and strengthens overall workplace culture, contributing to long-term employee retention and job satisfaction.

I work with organisations that want to enhance their staff wellbeing and development programmes and facilitate compassionate open spaces to discuss our mental health, working relationships and sense of psychological safety. I specialise in offering workshops and trainings that initiate a process of self and group inquiry and leave people feeling more connected to themselves and one another.

Workshops and trainings offer a combination of evidence-based psychoeducation, practical tools and skills that support our wellbeing. I offer safe spaces for inquiry, reflection and honest discussions about what it means to be human. As a Chartered Psychologist with clinical and therapeutic experience, I bring depth and breath of knowledge and experience to support you.

When staff feel supported and seen this reduces risk of burnout and helps to facilitate a compassionate working environment.

You might include:

  • Wellbeing workshops
  • Yearly workshop programmes and staff support
  • Bespoke trainings for management and staff to support their unique needs
  • Key-note talks for wellbeing conferences
  • Consultancy support to develop your current wellbeing trainings
  • Leadership development

Introducing a wellbeing programme can have numerous benefits some of which will include:

  • Increase wellbeing and psychological resilience
  • Improved working environment
  • Increased sense of psychological safety
  • Enabling open and honest conversations
  • Helping individuals voice their needs and concerns
  • Reducing symptoms of overwhelm, burnout, and stress

Trainings that I offer cover a wide range of topics including Stress, Anxiety,Depression, Communication, Mindfulness, Psychological Safety, Resilience, Burnout, among many others.

We’ve consistently booked Danielle for our company workshops over the past few years, as my colleagues find her sessions highly insightful. Her professionalism and warm, welcoming personality make her a pleasure to work with.

Executive Assistant

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle, a dedicated health psychologist, who has made a significant impact on our employees at L&Q. Danielle provided valuable support to my colleagues through a series of workshops on mental health and wellbeing, both virtually and in person.

Her ability to deliver content with empathy and understanding truly sets her apart. Danielle's listening skills create a safe space for open dialogue, allowing participants to engage deeply with the material. Her workshops are not only informative but also transformative, equipping us with practical tools to enhance our mental well-being.
